Kylie Wright - Director

Kylie commenced her insolvency career in 2001 and since that time, has been engaged in a wide range of both personal and corporate insolvency matters.

Kylie takes a practical and commercial approach to assist stakeholders with achieving the best possible outcome.

Kylie gained her experience working at Ferrier Hodgson’s Dandenong and Melbourne offices, together with experience at another boutique insolvency firm in Melbourne.

Her experience encompasses a broad range of matters and industries, including:

  • Involvement in a number of Insolvent Trading claims, resulting in successful outcomes;
  • Managing the trade on of various corporate entities within the transport, manufacturing, retail and service industries;
  • Involvement with the Pasminco Limited administration, with a specific focus on assisting with the initial public offering of Zinifex Limited and dealing with financier claims;
  • Dealing with complex personal insolvency matters involving matters such as superannuation holdings, family law matters, property realisations, family trusts;
  • Completion of Investigative Accountant reports and projects

Prior to commencing her insolvency career, Kylie was employed as an operations manager within the transport industry. This experience, together with roles within the retail sector have provided Kylie with an in depth understanding of these industries.

Kylie has a Commerce degree from Deakin University, majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law and is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. She is a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy and Registered Liquidator and a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association.

Kylie is also a committee member of the International Women’s Insolvency and Reconstruction Confederation – Victorian Chapter.
